CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING

Our treatment times are reserved specifically for you. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or fail to show up, a fee of $50 will be charged on the credit card on file.

We understand there may be times when illness or unforeseen circumstances occur. We kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll be happy to reschedule with you. Fees do not apply when appointments are rescheduled.

ALL SALES FINAL & CREDIT POLICY

Kindly note that all sales are final for all treatments, packages, memberships, and skincare product purchases. Refunds are not offered.

If a client chooses not to proceed with a booked service or no longer wishes to continue with a purchased treatment or package, the amount paid will be retained as a non-refundable account credit. This credit may be applied toward any future treatments, packages, or skincare products of equal value at Viva La Skin.

If the selected alternative service or product exceeds the available credit, the client is responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of booking or purchase.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for refunds.

By booking an appointment or purchasing any service, package, or product, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

SKINCARE PRODUCTS SALES POLICY

Skincare products cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have been opened or used.

If a skincare product is unused and unopened, it may be exchanged or the purchase amount may be issued as store credit, which can be applied toward treatments or other skincare products at Viva La Skin.

If the selected replacement product or service exceeds the available credit, the client is responsible for paying the remaining balance at the time of exchange or booking.

Store credit has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for refunds.

By completing a skincare product purchase, the client acknowledges and agrees to this policy.

Items are returnable at your own cost if they were shipped out, we may offer refunds for unused/unopened products.
